In Year 3 and 4 our children are learning about electricity. These children are performing some experiments – testing a variety of materials to see if they conduct electricity and will so complete the circuit and light the bulb.

	These children are testing objects to see if it will complete the circuit. They used 3 wires, a battery and a bulb in a holder. They left a space in the circuit for an object. First they tested a plastic ruler. Do you think it completed the circuit?
These children tried completing their circuit with a piece of kitchen foil. They successfully light the light bulb.
The children worked in groups to complete their experiments and recorded their findings in a table
The children even tested the pencils they were writing with. A great time was had by all!!
