The children have been listening to the
story ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’. They have then been acting out the story
– making themselves into giants as part of the story. They used long pieces of fabric to make it
look like they were very tall. |

They used the equipment in the
playground to make themselves tall. One child was the giant’s head and
others made big hands and feet. |

|
They thoroughly enjoyed the dressing up
and making the heads, hands and feet. They also used stilts and the castle
to act out the story.
